| Mr. Joe Obiago (Director) |
Mr. Obiago is also Chairman/CEO of Global Energy Company Limited (GEC), a Nigerian-based international oil services group a pioneer as a truly indigenous service provider and forerunner in the African petroleum industry. He is a (First Class Honours) graduate of Economics and Business Administration from Dillard University, New Orleans, U.S.A and worked for many years as a Research Economist in the US Department of Commerce & Department of Transportation co-sponsored projects.
He is a member of the Advisory Committee of the Offshore West Africa Conference (OWA), and West African Enterprise Network (WAEN), as well as consultant to several national & major oil companies and financial institutions. His research interests cover a range of topics in the oil, gas and finance sectors, and he is often a guest speaker in various national and international conferences.

Mr. Kofi Andah (Director) |
Mr. Kofi Andah holds a B.A. (Econs) DP Investment Appraisal, BBA (Accounting) and a Masters in Management from the Sorbonne in Paris. he has considerable experience as non-executive director in a number of private sector organizations. He is on the board of Merchant Bank (Ghana) and was appointed the first M.D of General Leasing and Finance Company Limited which he helped to establish. He is currently also the Managing Director of Gilbraltar Company Limited, a private commodities trading company.

Mr. Herbert Osei Baidoo (Director) |
Mr Osei-Baidoo is a well established entrepreneur who has developed and successfully managed several businesses in Nigeria and Ghana. He promoted and successfully launched First Atlantic Merchant Bank Limited, General Leasing and Finance Company Limited, and Vodi Technik Motors: an auto dealership with the Ghanaian franchise for VW and Skoda.
Mr Osei-Baidoo also launched Allied Investments Limited, KMC Investments Limited, First Security Discount House Limited and UBA Plc in Nigeria. His business interests traverse the Oil and Gas, Banking, Automobile and the Telecommunications sectors. He is currently the Chief Executive Officer of Shield Petroleum Company Limited, a petroleum products trading company based in Lagos, Nigeria with branches in other West African countries and the United Kingdom.

Mr. Chukwudi Dioka (Company Secretary) |
Mr Dioka has a Bachelor of Law Degree (LLB) from Anambra State University and was admitted to the Nigerian Bar in 1990. He holds a Master of Law Degree (LLM) with a specialization in Maritime & Commercial Law from Lagos State University, Certificat d’Etude Francaise (1er and 2eme degrees) from Alliance Francaise de Lagos. As a lawyer, Mr Dioka has worked with Messrs. Udo Udoma & Belo-Osagie and Schlumberger Geco-Prakla (Nigeria) Limited.
Mr. Dioka has 15 years experience in the oil and gas sector of the Nigerian Petroleum Industry and specializes in Energy & Natural Resources Law. He is a member of the Nigerian Bar Association and the International Bar Association. He oversees the company’s Legal Unit, Company Secretarial matters, Contracts administration and Risk management.

A member of the International Association of Structural & Tectonic Geologists, Nigerian Mining and Geosciences Society and the Nigerian Association of Petroleum Explorationists. He is a practising Environmental/Exploration Geologist and is registered with the Council of Mining Engineers & Geologists in Nigeria. He has led and coordinated teams of specialists on various large scale EIA projects acting as Project Manager.
Joe holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Geology from the University of Calabar and is an alumnus of the Lagos Business School. He has attended various management programmes and has over 15 years experience in the Nigerian Environmental Industry. jasanga@enviroafric.com |

Dr. Glory Edozien (Projects) |
Glory holds a Doctorate degree in Real Estate and Urban Environmental Planning and an MSc in Information Systems for Environmental Monitoring. With over 7 years of experience formulating sustainable development policies for key UK infrastructural developments.
Glory has led in an advisory capacity on various large to small infrastructural development projects and has also led in developing key environmental and sustainability development policies in various UK sectors. A seasoned speaker on environmental sustainability, Glory has presented her research at international conferences in America, Italy and UK. Currently, she is focused on identifying and developing emission reduction projects across Sub-Saharan Africa as well as working to raise awareness of climate change mitigation and adaptation. gedozien@enviroafric.com
